How It Works

1.
Prepare and Send

Prepare your cards and letters according to the bundle size you have selected. Write your cards at home, seal and stamp them, and post the whole bundle to us with your order number inside.

2.
Safe Storage

We store your bundle in our UK facility and carefully arrange our own forwarding shedule according to your mailing dates. Items are kept securely until the date you have specified for mailing.

3.
UK Dispatch

On the requested dates, we post your items to UK addresses as instructed, giving you peace of mind and helping ensure you don't miss any of those important dates where your friends and loved ones would love to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will you open or read my cards?

Never. Your cards are stored exactly as we receive them — sealed, in your padded envelope, with your order number on the outside. We handle them carefully and post them without opening anything.

Do my cards need to be stamped before I send them to you?

Yes — all cards must be fully stamped and addressed to your desired recipient of the card, before you send them to us. We post them exactly as received, so please double-check every envelope before bundling them up. We don't purchase stamps on your behalf.

How do I send my cards to you?

Once you've booked and paid, you'll receive a confirmation email with our postal address and your unique order number. Simply put all your cards into an envelope (padded is recommended), write your order number clearly on the outside, and post it to us. We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 for peace of mind, especially for larger bundles.

How do I know you've received my cards safely?

We photograph every bundle when it arrives and send you a confirmation email within 1–2 working days of receiving it. If you haven't heard from us within 3 working days of posting, please get in touch. ---

What are the intake deadlines?

Each occasion has a hard cutoff date — we cannot accept bundles after these dates as we cannot guarantee on-time dispatch for all customers, for example:

 

- Mother's Day: cards must arrive by 28th February

- Father's Day: cards must arrive by 31st May

- Christmas: cards must arrive by 25th November

 

Please allow enough time for your bundle to reach us by post before the cutoff.

What if a recipient's address changes after I've sent my bundle to you?

We post to whatever address is written on the envelope at the time we receive your bundle. It's your responsibility to ensure all addresses are correct before sending. If an address changes before our dispatch date, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help — but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once a bundle is logged.

What if my bundle gets lost in the post on the way to you?

We're not responsible for items lost in transit before they reach us. We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service when sending your bundle, and keeping your proof of postage until you receive our confirmation email.

What if one of my cards goes missing while in your care?

This has never happened, and we take every precaution — photographing bundles on arrival and storing them in a labelled system. In the unlikely event of an issue, our liability is limited to a refund of the service fee paid. We'd always encourage you to keep a note of who you've written to, just in case. ---

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel before sending your bundle to us, we'll issue a full refund. Once we've received and logged your bundle, we're unable to offer a refund as your slot has been allocated and storage has begun. If we fail to post your cards by the agreed dispatch window, you'll receive a full refund automatically.

Can I add more cards after I've already sent my bundle?

Unfortunately not — each booking is for one bundle sent in one delivery. If you have extra cards to add, please book a second bundle slot.

Do you post cards outside the UK?

We only post within the UK at this time. All recipient addresses must be UK addresses. If you're writing to someone abroad, unfortunately this service isn't suitable.

I've missed the deadline — can you still help?

We're sorry, but we enforce our cutoff dates strictly to guarantee on-time dispatch for all customers. We'd suggest posting your cards directly yourself, and booking with us early next year to avoid the same problem!
